Mausichat reads the comments under your Instagram posts and recognises who is asking for the link, typos, slang and emojis included. It sends the link by direct message, usually within seconds.

A contact is a person Mausichat replied to at least once in the billing period. Five comments from one person are one contact; automations and test runs don’t count.

- Prices net, plus VAT. Paying yearly costs ten monthly prices. Cancellable monthly.
- At 80 % of the limit Mausichat lets you know. From Basic upward it keeps running at 100 % with no surcharge, once per plan level as a grace month; on the free plan it stops at the limit.
- Payment by credit card via Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay also work.

What you need
- An Instagram account set up as a Business or Creator account
- linked to a Facebook page
- a post or reel where people ask
- What Mausichat doesn’t do
- It only replies to comments under your own posts, one private reply per comment and within seven days, as Meta allows. No messages to people who haven’t commented, no follow-up sequences, no posting or scheduling. Instagram only.
- Data protection
- For the GDPR, Mausichat offers a data processing agreement.
- What counts as a contact
- A person Mausichat actually replied to in the period. Skipped cases and test runs don’t count.
